申请AP被RFE

lost the job on 12/17/10 and the company cancelled the H1B. applied AP on 12/7/10. got a notice RFE. 

Before I have applied several AP's and never got this RFE. I'm wondering if it's because USCIS found out I don't have a job now....

What should I do? really worried now.
