申请绿卡期间可以回国吗？

我家LD是H1签证，我是J1签证，以LD为申请人申请的NIW,I140已批准，485还没提交，排期还早着呢。

很想回国去看看，请问在申请绿卡期间我可以回国吗？我家LD也可以回国吗？
