要给父母申请绿卡，可他们没有免疫证明，去移民局制定的医生那里能开出这个证明吗？

-Are your parents in US now? If yes, they need to do the physical exam by 移民局制定的医生, and the 移民局制定的医生 will do the 免疫 for them or the Dr. will ask them to find another Dr. to do the 免疫 for them.
