J2如果现在转j1,日后豁免要如何办呢？是不是先得现在的j1（配偶）豁免才能办理自己的豁免？


-Your spouse needs to get J1 waiver so that your J2 can get waiver also. You also need to waiver your J1 separately (either do it before or after your spouse J1 waiver).
