我485pending多年了，旧的sponsor要关门了，近日找到了一个新的sponsor，这是一家刚跟名的建筑公司，业务照常。新公司没有报税记录。

-Because your I-485 has been pending for several years (> 6 months), you do not need any sponsor (not need to do anything), but your new job has to be in the same/similar area as the old job.
