之所以问第三个问题，是因为有人提过再回中国前最好把niw-140批了。具体有啥用处不记得了，所以问以下。

-You can not file I-485 outside US, but apply for the immigration visa (i.e. visa for green card) in the US Consulate in Guangzhou when the priority date is current. You need to get a job offer from a US employer to be qualified for the immigration visa application.
