2006年，我是H4，- I-94 validity period of H-4?

11/18/2006--11/17/2009 (H4)

随我太太(EB2主申请人)一起递上了I-140 和I485， 我随后用EAD (有效期一年)开始工作(1/3/2007)， 2007的五月十号， I-140被拒(I485随之被拒)， 我继续用EAD工作一直到 我的H4=>H1 成功(11/27/2007)  - I-94 validity period of H-1b?

11/27/2007--10/16/2010 (H1)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

我们在 I140被据后递了reopen and reconsideration, - Receipt date of I-290B? Were all I-485s opened as well? 

--the exact day I need to do reserach(from lawyer office), but can be sure date within 30 days of denial.

--I485s are opened as well (I remeber, I need to confirm again)
