另外,如果公司以次为理由将我雷到,那么递交h4的时间是以被雷时间为主还是以现在h1b要求补交材料的截止时间为主.再次感谢!!!

-Don't think you need to woory the H4. if the H1 is denied and your current H1 I-94 expires, you just go to China to get the h4 visa to come back.
