根据昨天的问题及你的回答，本来已经搞定。但是人事处说因为我用过AP（目前已经过期）,因此签证上的I-94是关于AP的记录，并没有显示H1B签证，而且AP也过期，他们也不确定这种复杂情况下返回美国的条件。因此我想再请教一下，是不是仍然用I-797及学校的雇用证明或者工资单返回美国？

So, you can not use the H1 approval notice and the parolee I-94 (you do not have H1 I-94 after using AP) to come back (you can not use "visa automatic revalidation" rule).
