I am going apply green card for my mother, I do not have income. So need my hu*****and's income. We filed jont tax return each year. I should complete I-864, and my hu*****and completes I-864A.

Is that a right? Just want to make sure.

Form I- 864 Part 3  #8, what should I fill in? "yes" or "no"?
