回复：485 pending,回国工作，申请AP疑问

我已经续过两次AP，3次入境了，这次是在1月4日AP过期之前4天入美国境的，主要就是再续AP.但计划这个月底回国。如果AP批下来之前就离开美国，这个AP申请就算作废了。我想下周去local office试试。如果离境时还是拿不到AP，我应该怎么做呢？pjiang能指教一下吗？

-If you can not get the AP approved before you leave, your I-485 probably will be invalid based on the immigration law. I don't see you have onther choices unless your current status is H1/L1 and hten, you can get the H1/H4 or L1/L2 visa to come back.
