三年前，按照pjiang老师的博客自己办过一次，但现在听说申请流行工资和LCA　９０３５　有变化。我知道工资以前直接网上查flcdata，现在是何步骤？还有现在９０３５怎么申请？听说不能直接在网上生成pdf了，是email　pdf　么？where is link?

Then, file I-129 to USCIS.

H1B renew 最早提前六个月，是指递交１２９的时间么？申请工资，LCA能不能更早一些开始？

-Yes, but not ncessary because you can get the ETA 9035 approval in about one week.
