婚姻临时绿卡转正式，为什莫还没收到面试通知，却收到ASC biometrics appointment notice?

十月初递交的 I-751 petition to remove conditions on redisence，也收到 I-751 receipt notice. 都等了3个半月了，还没收到面试通知。问过移民局，说是现在有delay。 今天刚收到ASC appointment notice 要打指模。哪什莫时候才会面试啊？是打完指模才会面试吗? 为什莫拖这莫久？


请问这是怎莫回事?
