I am TN holder and working full time for a company in Houston.  I own a sub-website and sell  softwares to get commission, now the website company want to pay me the commission, and ask me the Social number, Can I accept this commission directly and report it on my tax return, or I have to ask website company to hire me(give me another TN) and get commission as employee? 

-It seems you are employed in that website company and thus, you need that company to file a part-time TN for you. Otherwise your status my have a problem if you accept the payment before the part-time TN is approved. On eperson can have multiple TNs.
