I just passed the citizenship exam, so I am US citizen now.

-You have to receive the US citizenship certificate to claim you are a formal US citizen.

 My kid is under 18 years old, do I need to fill N-600 form for him to apply citizenship?

-Your kid can either files N-600 or directly applys for his US passport to claim his US citizenship after you receive your US citizen certificate.

 It costs $600.
