好像现在办的话，131 和 765 是可以随130 和 485 一起交上去而且不用另交费用， 是这样吗？

-No fee for AP and EAD no matter whether the EAD/AP application is filed with the I-485 filing or filed later separately.

如果父母现在的B2已经过一点期了，也没关系吧？
