I would like to know how to file my 2010 tax return, my visa status is as follows

First came in with J-1 Intern(Trainee) Feb 2009 - Feb 2010 : All tax waived one year

F-1 CPT Mar 2010 - Sep 2010: Paid Federal and States tax paid, Social security and Medicare waived

H-1 Oct - now: Paid all taxes.

Can I file my tax return as an resident who paid my own tuition to deduct my tax? may I apply as dual-status? H-1 holder can currently claim all federal tax return?
