我的问题是：

1， 是移民局工作失误，还是我上次去打指模应该带I-797表和I-797C表，2月份打指模是补办I-797C的?两表有什么不同吗？

-Just go ahead to do the second fingerpringting. Sometimes you may need to do fingerpringting several times if your fingerprinting quality is not good enough.

 

2， 递交485后才知道应同时变更姓名，现有EAD，去申请SSN时，带着结婚证可以免费变更姓和名吗？或有其他好办法？

-You may go to the court to change the name and then, bring the name change document/certificate for the SSN. You also can bring the name change certificate to do the fingpringting and then, ask the USCIS officer to see whether the officer can change your name in your I-485 in USCIS system so that your green card will have your new name.

 

3， 下一步应是面谈吗？

-Yes.

4， 用中国护照和AP回中国后，肯定能入境返回美国吗？

-No problem at all.

没绿卡还是有些担心。
