在网上问一个同等学历认证的公司, 老外说,拿学位的那份资质(certified )翻译件过来,就可以做认证了,H1B 申请,只要学位认证就可以了.

-I agree with this 老外说. An H1 employee has to have a U.S. Bachelors Degree (or above) or foreign equivalent (if degree is foreign) analysis by independent credentials evaluations service attesting that foreign degree is equivalent to U.S. Bachelors Degree (or above).
