I-94 过期超过180天了，怎么办啊！

最近才发现，急死了。

08年入境的时候，海关是根据护照的过期时间，填了I-94的过期时间，比I-797上的过期时间提前了一年多。但是一直没有注意。虽然护照早就RENEW过了。

最近刚发现还有这个问题，但是已经超过I-94 expire date 180 多天了。在网上看了一下好像后果还挺严重的。去了local CBP 人家说他们没有权利给延期，怎么办呀？？？？是不是只能回国了，但是申请VISA的时候会不会有问题啊？
