回复：婚姻绿卡与改名请教

本人于1997年7月移民局大放水时提交了I-485, 属于 EB-2，现持劳工卡。去年12月刚刚结婚，先生是美国公民。

现有两个问题想请教：

1.我已经申请了EB-2，现在是否能再申请婚姻绿卡？

-Yes.

I-485是否需重新提交？

-You may hav eto file a new I-485. But you try to see whether you can relink the I-485 to the I-130. If no, you then file a new I-485.

2.面临改名，是申请绿卡前改好呢，还是申请完了再改？

-Up to you.
