Hello! Below are my timeline and some questions that puzzle me:
1) applied in late Jan. 2004 to Buffalo from Canada
2) got file No. (first letter) in late Feb.2004
3) got second letter just a few days ago in October, 2004: ask for medical examination and notify an interview is required in Detroit (but no time for interview specified.)
between first letter and second letter, I updated my case twice by sending Buffalo my graduation certificate and my post-graduation work permit. Also, I did the FP before the second letter. My info: no IETLS; one year full-time work experience in China; graduated in June, 2004 with a master degree from a well-known canadian university, and got an job offer in Sep.;CIC gave me one-year work permit expiring in Sep.2005)
My questions:
1) how long does it normally take now to wait for the interview in Detroit?(from the date received the interview notice)
2) Is it difficult to get the U.S. entry visa for the purpose of canadian immigration interview?
2) what kind of questions will be asked during the interview?
3) can i go back to china to work before the interview?
Thanks a lot for your answers, online waiting...
