请教8老师和PJIANG老师: I-140 approved then what?

Hi 8老师和PJIANG老师 and other DX,

My I-140 has been approved. My case is EB-2 assistant professor.My priority date is 09/2009

I wonder if I can file 485, AP and EAD application now or I have to wait for my priority data. I got totally different result when I searched on internet. I just want to know what is the current policy from USCIS.
