我和女儿在美国。 我持TN签证。我丈夫还在加拿大。当初为把女儿带到美国，出境时就和女儿一起申请了TD。前几个月我丈夫来探亲时入境都没问题，可这次来美国，美国边境说我先生的TD过期了。我很不明白，如果我还持有TN，为什么他的TD会过期？

-If his TD expiration date was earlier than your TN, it is pos*****le his TD  might be 过期.

现在很麻烦，我很怕下个月我先生来美国在边境会有问题。请问大师们，怎么办？

-No problem as long as his TD expiration was less than 6 months before he left. He just needs to bring your TN approval notice and your recent 3 month paycheck stubs and his passport to enter US and get a new TD I-94 at the port of entry.
