由于经费原因之前批准的H1b，现要改成part-time工作（非盈利部门），除了时间缩短以外（每小时工资按原full-time计算），其它什么都不变，请问
1. 是否按申请H1b的步骤重新再申请还是有其它的办法？
-Your employer just needs to file an H1 amendmant. The procedure is similar to file a new H1, but does not need to pay the training fee and anti-fraud fee and just pay the I-129 filing fee. Your employer/lawyer should know how to do it.
移民局会因为part-time而拒签吗，很担心。
-No problem at all.
2. H4还需要重新申请吗？（与之前批准的时间不变）
-Not need to do anything unless the H4 will expire soon.
