谢谢8老师，看来即使原公司不撤销，因为换雇主的原因原来的I-140也不valid，所以必须要在renewal之前获得一个新的I-140，对吗？

-As long as the approved I-140 is not withdrawn, you still can use it for the h1 extension even if you change the job.
