Our attorney update

She said we could not withdraw my wife's H4 539; otherwise, my wife gets OOS since her H4 was already expired on Dec 21. Therefore, we have to hold her 539. However, my daughter's F1 will be overwritten by H4, which as applied in my wife's 539.

I have made an appointment with InfoPass to see if the local office can make a note on this case.

Is there any other ways to notify USCIS on the pending 539 case? Can we send a letter?
