GC delayed?

I have submitted application for GC for my mom without her medical exam Nov, 2010. After got the receipt I submitted her medical exam with the receipt to the same address. Somehow they lost it and sent us an letter requiring her medical exam to a different address (Lee's Summit. MO) Dec, 2010. Since then, we haven't got anything. Is there anything wrong? Is there anything we can do but waiting?

Also, I applied for Advanced Parole at the same time, but nothing yet. My mom desperately wants to go back to China for Chinese new year. Is there anything we can do to fast the AP?
