求教 863211, Pijiang 等 for greencard and social security card

我妹妹得到碌卡签证, 刚刚到达美国,请问多久才能收到绿卡?  

多久才能收到 social security card ( She said yes on DS-230 form about social security number)?

Right now , she can't open bank account or driver's learner permits.
