我是美国公民已经三年了。我的父亲这是第二次来美国。我父亲是今天持B-2签证来美国。我准备这次给他办绿卡。

我想请问下大家，是不是要等父亲来美二个月后才可以递交I-130 and I-485.

-had better wait for 3 or more months to file the I-130 and i-485 in case USCIS think your father had the immigration intent before he entered US using B2 visa.
