今年他在申请联邦助学金时，因其记录不能查到，曾被要求提供去年用AP入境的I94卡。如果他的记录有错，会影响他的I485审批吗？

-When he entered US using AP at the last entry, he got the parolee I-94 valid for one year, right? The I-94 means he entered US legally and USCIS should have the record there. So, just keep the I-94 in file and if USCIS questions his legal entry, provide the copy of the parolee I-94. Nothing worried about.
