回复：请问pjiang老师关于NIW填写ETA-750B的问题

本人申请NIW,据说需要填ETA-750B。但我发现该表格是"FOR ADVICE CONCERNING
REQUIREMENTS FOR ALIEN EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATION"，所以还是不懂为何一定要填这
个表。

另外表中很多问题都是基于“未来”所将要从事工作的。比如：
8. Name and Address of Prospective Employer if Alien has job offer in U.S.
9. Occupation in which Alien is Seeking Work

请问这些想是不是一律填现在正在从事的工作呀？

-Fine. The principle is that you need to identify your working area/field consistent with what you indicate in the NIW I-140.

另外第十项还问：Alien is in the United States and will apply for adjust-
ment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident
in the office of the United States Citizenship and Immigration
Service at ？？？？？？

是填现在工作的城市吗？

-Check the I-485 instructions to find which Service Center (i.e.TSC, NVC) you are supposed to file your I-485 in the future based on your current residency/address.

如果过一段时间换城市工作了要紧吗？

-No problem.
