请问P大师和8大师有关父母绿卡

父母的绿卡申请received day 是11月22日, finger printer notice is jan 5, 2011.请问为什么我父母的移民局的通知是以MSC开头的. 而不是以EAC,WAC,LIN or SRC 开头.现在我上网查移民online case status,it said it is still not available. please tell me why take so long to get my parent's case online and why their case is beginning with MSC. thanks and have a good holiday!!!
