1）I-864表和 I-130一起寄还是等他们要求了再寄？（我没有工作）

-If your parents are in China, you do not need to file I-864 with the I-130 together, but file it when NVC ask you to do that. If your parents are in US, you need to file I-864 with I-130 together.

2）除了父母的结婚证之外，还需要他们准备各自的出生公证么？

-Yes.
