想让我父母明年把我弟的儿子带来玩。父母有绿卡，所以需给侄子单独申请B1/B2签证.请问，这种情况下，

到时候签证应该谁跟他去呢？--> 中信银行代签辨误

最好用什么理由来说服签证官给签证呢？我弟是2006年排期的亲属移民。我们是公民。
