填写140-Part 7配偶信息时，让选择是否"Applying for adjustment of status",and "Applying for a Visa Abroad"。
现在配偶在国内，但等到可以递交485是应该在美国了。
请问这种情况，是应该在“Applying for adjustment of status”后选择"Yes"吗？还是不填？还是都无所谓？
-Depends on whether the beneficial will get the green card within US or getting the immigration visa outside US. If filing I-485 in US, choose "Yes" to “Applying for adjustment of status”, otherwise choose "Yes" to "Applying for a Visa Abroad"。
By the way, is the sponsor a US citizen or green card holder? Also, if the sponsor file the I-130 before the beneficial enters US, it is immpossible for the beneficial to get the B1/B2 visa to enter US due to immigration intent. So, be careful to this issue.
