本人是F1签证入境后来在美国换成了J1，现在申请J1 Waiver填写DS3035表时要求J-1
visa information（包括Date和Port of Entry）。请问那位大侠知道怎么填？

-If this question is specifically asking your J1 visa, not the visa you used to enter US (i.e. F1), just put"N/A" there.
