EAD 问题

我是2007年8月1日办的485。同时办的EAD没用过，早已过期。我现在办EAD算renew吗?根据uscis 网上的信息，If you filed a Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, on July 30, 2007, or after, and you paid the I-485 application fee required, then no fee is required to file a request for employment authorization on Form I-765.请问我现在需要交$380的费用吗？
