863211/Pijiang老师，H1B transfer 问题 --very complicated case

I worked for consulting company A  from March to Nov this year. Company A filed H1B transfer from company C to A, it has been in "initial review"  since March. 

Company B transfered my H1B by premium processing and approved by Nov. Now I am working for company B, however company B don't have project after this month.   

At mean time Company A H1B transfer is in "RFE" status and A may have work in Jan.

What is the best way to handle this visa headache ?  Thanks a million.
