最近又找了一家公司,公司要我二月上班,我现在就应该要公司transfer 吗?

-Yes you can. 

如果H1 transfer 一月批准了,我要二月上班,中间的gap 期, 我可以在原公司工作吗?

-Yes. But I do not think the transfer will be approved so fast in these days.

 还是transfer 后必须在新公司工作? 中间的gap 怎么办?
