网上查的状态显示劳工部已经通过申请，下一步应该是转到移民局，对吧?

-Normally it should have no probelm to your H1 approval if all the requirements are met.

移民局会不会有问题？

还需要多少时间才能知道结果？

-Normally about 3 months, but it seems to take longer time at present. If you need it approved quickly, you may use premium processing for your H1 which takes 15 days to get the h1 approved.
