-You were just unlucky to meet that officer. Normally it is OK to ge the fingprinting done in advance before the appointment date and I have seen many people did this. You may go there to try it again in another day and another officer may allow you to do it. You had better go there on Wednesday, when they are more accommodating of walk-ins. Don't point out that it's earlier than your actual appointment date. Just show the paper and act like everything is fine.

-No problem if try it in another ASC. Just tell them the original ASC is too busy and you are in urgency to leave US, so you come to this ASC.
