我太太现在的情况是不是H1b申请有很大的可能性被据，还是很可能被批准，但是需要回国激活？

-Should have no problem to be approved. If the approval has I94, she does not need to ge the H1 visa outside US and if it has no I94, she need to go back to China to get the H1 visa to activate the h1 status. But I still suggest that after the h1 approval, she may go to China to get the H1 visa to come back no matter whether the h1 approval has I-94 or not. Thus, she will avoid any potential trouble due to your F1 issue.
