新鲜！holding H-1 with I -485 penging don't need AP back to USA?

I am holding H-1 and my I-485 is penging now. I try to apply AP today but from I-131 instruction :"if you are in the US and wish to travel abroad, you do not need to apply for AP if you are H-1 with I-485 pending", see the link above.

Is that true? then what I need to back to USA?

有没有兄弟姐妹有类似的情况，大家回国后都是怎么回来的？
