我为父母（已在美国境内）申请绿卡，指纹两次都没通过，现在等待下一步通知。估计会要求提供过去5年居住地 police clearance 。我父母来美国只居住了6个月，之前一直居住在中国，我的问题是：
1是否要提供中国的无犯罪纪录？

他们在美国police会有记录吗？
-May not, but the police department may still issue the non-criminal record certificate if your parents provide the evidence that they live with you since they entered US.
