Just bring your RFE to the USCIS local Application Support Office to explain it to the officer and ask him/her to let you do the fingerprinting. Then, take the fingerprinting receipt and send the photocopy of it  with the response letter to the RFE to USCIS. Enclose the copy of the RFE with the response.
