急! 各位大侠：错过打指纹appointment, 收到I-485 intent to deny notice怎么办

急! 各位大侠. 我太太今天收到intent to deny notice, 说是因为她6月30号有一个finger print, 她没有去，但我们根本就没有收到finger print noitce. 她是附属我的I-140申请的I-485. 我已拿绿卡超过三年了。怎么办呢？ 感谢各位大侠帮忙
