再请教86老师，关于I-129填表有一个疑问

填表I-129中，第二页的Part 4

Part 4. Processing Information.
1. If the person named in Part 3 is outside the United States or a requested extension of stay or change of status cannot be granted, give the U.S. consulate or inspection facility you want notified if this petition is approved.

pjiang老师的指导帖子里说，选consulate，那么接下来的几个地址怎么填呢：Office Address, US state or Foreign Contry 以及Person's Foreign Address 都分别填什么呢？可以不填吗？

另外，刚刚在USCIS网站上看到，从FORMS进去，I-129的Filing Fee 显示是$325；但是在H-1B申请页面显示Base filing fee是$320，到底是哪个费用呢？怕搞错了，因为数目不对给退回来。或者选个高的缴费？
