回复：about medical exam (I-693) delay

 submitted I-485 for my mom without her medical exam I-693 at first,

and submitted I-693 (with the receipts of I-485 and I-130) a week later.

-USCIS has lost this I-693 because you did not file it with the I-485 filing together.

 Today I got a letter asking for 1-693. What should I do?

-Ask the Dr. to give you a copy of the record of physical exam (I-693) in a sealed envelop as he/she did before and then, mail this new I-693 with the response letter to the USCIS letter (RFE). Enclose the copy of the USCIS letter which requested your new I-693 and your I-485 receipt together with the new I-693.
