我需要申请SS Disability，可是county counselor说我必须是公民才有资格。

-The County Counselor is wrong. Some non-citizens also can be qualified for the benefits.

I lost job but didn't realize the disability benefit at the time. Now there is need to apply the SSD. Could you please help give a link to this info. Thank

-It is not all the green card holders to be qualified for the SSI/SSD benefits and you can see whether you are qualified for these benefits from the following US SSA websites and you may need lawyer if necessary:
